  • What if we need more provisions during our stay?
    Please contact us we will always be happy to accommodate you and your guests.
  • What is the policy regarding Liquor/Wine/Beer in Utah?
    We can purchase 5% Beers from the grocery stores- 7days a week. We buy your Beer first and if your order is unfortunately cancelled you will be charged for the purchase & with our added service of 35% TBS fee. Beer is not returnable.
  • When is my credit card billed?
    A $20 authorization will be applied at checkout to secure payment information. Upon completion of your delivery, we will send your final invoice and bill your card on file for the balance due. Should you need to adjust your card information at any time, please contact us at parkcitygroceryexpress@gmail.com.
  • What are your business hours/delivery hours?
    You can contact us either by email, voice message, or text (435) 729-0090 Our Business Hours Are: Thursday 8 AM–5 PM Friday 8 AM–5 PM Saturday Hours Will Vary Sunday Hours Will Vary Monday 8 AM–5 PM Tuesday 8 AM–5 PM Wednesday 8 AM–5 PM Our Delivery Hours are Between 8 am-8 pm. We will be working with your property management team to ensure entry to the condo or home for your delivery. If we have any problems we will try to contact you.
  • How do I cancel an order or change the date of delivery?
    We know things come up…. Your order can be changed or canceled. Please let us know 48 hours prior to the delivery date. *Alcohol is purchased first on all orders. This is not refundable and you will be charged.
  • What if I am missing some items?
    Please call us ASAP at 435-729-0090. We will do our best to correct our mistakes.
  • How can I edit my order once it had been placed?
    Please call us 48hrs before your expected delivery. You can call us at 435-729-0090 or, email us at parkcitygrocerydelivery@gmail.com We will make the changes to your order.
  • How do I place an expedited order?
    Please call as soon as possible to make sure we have the availability (435-729-0090). All orders made 24hr prior to arrival are subject to a $30 expedited order fee and must be submitted before 10 am the day of delivery.
