How do I place an expedited order?
Please call or email us first. All orders made 24hr prior to arrival are subject to a $25 expedited order fee and must be submitted before 10 am the day of delivery.
How can I edit my order once my order has been placed?
Please call us 48hr before your  435-729-0090 / 435-901-1243 or email us parkcitygroceryexpress@gmail.com We will make the changes to your order.
What if I’m missing some items?
Please call us ASAP 435-729-0090 or 435- 901-1243  We will do our best to correct our mistake.
How do I cancel an order or change the date of delivery?
We Know things come up…. Your order can be changed or canceled. Please let us know 48 hours prior to delivery date.
What are your business hours / delivery hours?
You can contact us either by email, voice message, and text (435) 729-0090 or (435) 901-1243  24/7. Our delivery hrs are 8am-8pm.  We will be working with your property management team to insure entry to the condo or home for your delivery. If we have any problems we will try to contact you.
When is my credit card billed?
We will call you to take a $50 deposit when your order is placed. The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card on completion of your delivery.
What is the policy regarding liquor / wine / beer in Utah?
Utah liquor store hours are from 11am to 10pm closed on Sunday’s. We can purchase 3.2 beer from the grocery store 7 days a week.
What if we need more provisions during our stay?
